the MAJOR difference, most of those guys are body builders and fallowing those regimes... anatoly builds muscle for everyday use instead... which does not require a ton of lifting, but when you do lift weights its about technique and body position... also, he probably does not eat processed food from groceries store...
someone commented in one of his videos, there is a difference between someone who is a body builder which their goal is to look big and bulky and someone who only cares about strength training. but you are right, everything comes down to good technique, a lot of these guys were lifting with their back which is why they need those belt things and why they were struggling to lift the same weight that Anatoly was lifting.
it's bad technique to lift with your back and it's often where back injury's tend to happen, i know this for myself as i hurt my back very badly due to a mistake while lifting something heavy, and i have had to pay for that bad mistake ever since, i'm nowhere near the peak i was only a decade ago and it's all due to that one stupid mistake that i preformed and now have to live with the consequences of that mistake.
my nerves are beyond fucked within my back and legs and waist, i can't sleep in a normal bed anymore too often the nerve ends up twisting and i'm in horrible pain for hours and sometimes it gets a disk in my back to fall out of joint and i can't stand or do much of anything at that point, i'm only 39 and that injury was roughly a decade ago, i walk around like a damn broken old man due to that one stupid lifting mistake.
