I Made the Spiciest Meal Ever

I have never had super duper hot chillies... BUT I would like to try a FRESH one... But not to kill myself with..... BUT there is a thing that I need to tell people about, and it's not the heat, it's the dose...... IF you get a really great hamburger with the lot, or a steak sandwich with the lot, OR some big pot of stew.... well when you slice the chilli into super fine and rice paper thin slices, or if the chillis are "blow your head off" hot, you can slice the slivers, into threads...... and you can spread them over the steak sandwiches... OR sprinkle them into the stew etc... Now this again is a matter of personal taste - I think it depends upon the shop and the person who is making them for you, and depending how you like them etc., that the Vietnames Pork Roll can be one of the finest foods in the world, ever invented.... I used to buy 2 of them EVERY morning when cycling 5 to 20 K to work..... they were like the food of the gods... I think the fish sauce and soy sauce, and a few other things.... really made the roll...

And becaue the chillis were mildly hot, I always asked for heaps of them to be piled on.... Delicious.
