Malls are a band-aid on the problem that US zoning has made it impossible to have a commercial district with many small shops close to each other. It worked for a while, but they eventually devolved into a hallway between two big box stores. Most countries don't have the zoning problem, so they don't even need malls.

Also need a basic internal control. Either only take credit cards to minimize fraud from food truck. If handling cash, at least two people one that counts and replenishes cash register, you can't have just one employee handling the cash they might steal a percentage of sales. The day Amr deals with them the day he would realize why people spend all their time and wealth to escape the Third World.
