while marijuana does not have the same "addictive chemicals" or whatever in it, like hard drugs, it is still addictive because of the euphoria and other effects on the brain/body...
i pretty much agree with everything that JP is saying here... despite the down/up sides depending on your own decisions...

banning it wont do anything (specially since it is already federally illegal) except maybe getting MORE people to try it and become a useless unproductive no longer human trash...

Also unmotivating: Workplace management entitlements. In my workplace the adults do the real work while management sit in a chair and play video games on their StupidPhones. There's no point in being motivated when about half of the world population want to leech off your contributions. I'd say more than half because women are already half.
