Finally, a guy who understood the assignment. The object is to HMT a bitch and NOT get caught. I'm sure he'll be apprehended soon but, you know...we can live vicariously through his escape for now.
And for the record, RPM, it's no longer "search and destroy" but, rather "sweep and clear". A little movie reference for ya, lol.

Without knowing very accurate particulars of the case, at face value it seems justifiable.
