Don't know about your part of the world Guy's wherever you are but in the UK, thew NAME on the RENT agreement is that if the person liable for that RENT, so it's really a non question in manyways unless YOU move in with HER, then she pay's the RENT because HER name is on the agreement or she will get herself kicked out. the other thing in the UK if you have another common law or other person living with you in RENTED accomidation that has Housing Benefit, if you don't declare that you are out. you know the stuff, women talking blah, blah, blah BOLLOCKS as usual like all worthless TRAMPS do! lol!
