The one thing I disagree with TFM on is the total collapse of the United States.
America is way too big, both demographically and geographically, and way too technologically advanced to collapse. There are way too many escape routes and alternatives for individual states, counties, cities, towns, families, and persons to take.
The decline, on the other hand, is already happening.
