Gunman opens fire at dollar store in Florida

A gunman opened fire at a Jacksonville dollar store in Florida, specifically targeting black people, the local sheriff has said. A city council member says the shooter is dead, he wore a tactical vest and was armed with an ‘AR-style’ rifle and handgun.
