Greek army and emergency teams rescue people from flooded areas in central Greece

Greek rescue teams and army members are continuing their work in central Greece, as some areas remain heavily submerged. The flooding in the region has left a severe impact on the residents and their households. Around 60 people were airlifted to safety, according to the fire department, with several people saying they had spent the night and most of Thursday on roofs without food or water.
