Georgian president, opposition reject parliamentary vote result, blaming… Russia

Georgia's Prime Minister has cautioned the opposition against undermining constitutional orders.

This comes as the country's president is refusing to accept Parliamentary election results after 99% of voting precincts reported that the ruling 'Georgian Dream' party is winning the race.
