I have a mind like a giant calculator.... and I am exceptionally good at making production lines and automation...

Assuming that your using a conventional bottom heat oven - or even a fan circulating oven....

Get trays that are about 10mm deeper than your Baklava,

Set up a a series of flat racks inside it....each, about 10mm above the tray below it.

Maybe you could then fit 6 or 8 trays in at a time.

Then you can fit MORE trays in, rather than just 2 or 3, and with a bottom heat, you can pull the bottom tray out, move them all down a rack, and stick in an uncooked tray at the top, and just rotate them in and out every 20 minutes (or what ever the cook time is.

AND is there room to use FLAT trays with a lip around them, and then to put the slices into a soaking tray, after cooking, and then to drain off the excess and then sell them and or box them?

I was thinking - properly set up, one tray on average every say 5 to 10 minutes = that starts to add up.

Good to know: I was wondering why we did not have a soy free restuarants or healtheir food restaurants using airfyers and shit. I was thinking of setting one up, but the government's paperwork is way to much work...

Sunday is the day of rest, or whenever you are off, i used to work very odd hours so my day of rest was whenever i got a chance, but back when i was younger and more religious it was Sunday that was the day of rest and church.

Yeah, sorry you lied to bro. Sabbath is Satyrday the weeks end. ^ "work days" of creation and one day (7) as a rest day. So, Sunday was the beginning of the week, why not start it with prayer and mass? After all, Jews had Saturday... and more importanly son as in Son pf God (El) is close t sun. Most religions are variations of Sun worship.

@WMHarrison94: I think it's written in the King James version of the Bible that Sunday is the day of rest, granted it's been awhile since I've read it so I could be wrong.

@KEEPER: I may be wrong, but is it possible you might be referring to the "catholic bible", which also "eliminated" the 2nd Commandment, having to do with God forbidding idolatry? I have a King James (and "New" King James) Bible, and the Day of of Rest is still The 7th Day (Saturday); the 4th Commandment. It was originally established by The Creator in Gen. 2:2-3, where HE actually led by example, before creating man from the dirt (vs. 7).

@sauger1001: let me correct what i meant, i meant it seems to be all Christian churches who run with this belief, hence why Sunday is church day.

@KEEPER: If they're not following what the Bible says regarding The Day of rest and worship, there's only one other spirit being with the power to deceive so many: "The Father of all lies" (Jn. 8:44).
