I read an article that said he used the taser improperly and it was likely possible to take him in without using the taser, but I don't think this is torture, the guy was resisting arrest. I mean crime rates are skyrocketing now because they are not enforcing the law anymore in a lot of the major cities in the US and because they let people out of jail due to covid.

@The Man Inside: No he does not seem to be a violent criminal but he is clearly resisting arrest, which is always the wrong way to go, it doesn't work. There is a pattern that people just don't seem to get and that is, your fight lies in the court, not on the street with police. the officer apparently violated the department policy on taser use because he was only resisting but not violently, but this guy should be apprehended if he has five warrants. It says in the press release his warrants were for failure to appear and the police were called because he was trespassed due to panhandling. I am so tired of panhandlers so personally, I am happy to see any of them get arrested, they are infesting almost every gas station I go to and they need to be told off sternly and stop interfering with private business. I gave one of these pricks a five dollar bill and he asked if he could have it in one dollar bills, no joke! I was befuddled and confused why he was so hard pressed to have one dollar bills. When he gave me the fiver back I just shook my head, put my window up. and drove off. I have never met more entitled homeless people in my life and these people should totally screw off especially on private property. Consider the alternative, what is the officer supposed to do, shrug his shoulders, walk off, and tell the guy i'll get you next time, or politely ask him to voluntarily show up to court when he has failed to do so 5 times? please tell me what he could do instead of the taser beat him into submission with the nightstick, shoot him with a beanbag round, or just grab his limp body and throw him aggressively into the back of the squad car with force and slam the door? I don't know what we are supposed to do with these criminals at this point, if i had five warrants i would be real worried all the time when i was out in public. a family member in the past had a bench warrant and he was really scared to go out and he even stopped sleeping in his apartment he was paying rent on to avoid the police. this guy clearly didn't give a crap. laws don't mean much if they can't be enforced and we are creating a system where police can no longer enforce the law. I am beginning to think we need to just use tranquilzer darts to shoot these guys with and then just wait to capture them with a net and then take them in that way. even more disappointing is all the articles I read once again are trying to push a racial narrative once again. its very tiresome. Please let me know what he could have done to make this better what would you do to get him in the back of the squad car safely?

@TelepathicRapist: i understand your point of view, and can't disagree with you. The first fail I see in this video is the partner with the high pitch voice. That's definitely a weak link that is not providing any useful support at all. This man weighs what, 60kg at best? I'm not a strong man, and I could lift him up no problem, so two of me would have no issues restraining him and getting him in the car. Did he warned he would shock him? Yes, multiple times. Had he used it once, that would be fine, but no, he did it repeatedly without any need for it. The issue with beggars and people like that, is a political issue, I'm not going into that. WTF does this has to do with race? People need to open their fucking eyes and stop with that shit of an argument.

I was expecting all the racist to come out and say "he should have obeyed orders" well seems BLM was good for something.

I didn't share this because the old man is black. I'm tired of all this race shit. All day, every day. On the other hand, no one mentioning it, shows it's not that relevant with the crowd here. Thumbs up for that.

@The Man Inside: I posted 2 videos one with a white man being shot in front of his home while putting down his gun (he did not know cops rang his doorbell in the middle of the night), the other one was a black officer who was held at gunpoint because he was driving a brand new car with no numberplates (he had new car plates)... the black officer attracted a lot of redneck, "he should have obeyed orders", the white guy attracting nothing, nobody cared if he lived or died, ..., racist hate others more then care about "their own people" (note the quotes), just saying

@Lucifer333: I'm aware of how it works. I've not noticed much of that over here, but I might not be taking part in those discussions, who knows. I'm not a fan of "curry motherfuckers", and a dead nigga doesn't bother me, but torture for cruelty, I'm not ok with that. Unjustified suffering against whoever, maybe "curry motherfuckers" and South Americans I won't give shit, in general, I don't align with that thought.

@Lucifer333: those curry motherfuckers are invading my city. They are filthy, have no ethics whatsoever, no respect for anything, lazy motherfuckers, disgusting habits, no hygiene at all, smell worse than rotten carcasses... I can deal with every kind of people but those curry motherfuckers.

Looks like the old man has more testosterone than both cops combined. One of the cops was a femon (SoloMan), so it doesn't seem she has the strength to twist his arm, yet it's the "man" that's tasing him.

There actually was no need for the taser, if two grown men couldn't deal with this old man then they should quit
