What's the saying? Femon's turn like sour milk and Men mature like a good wine. A case for femons of Yoga turning to Yogurt! lol! MEN do age better. I was 70 before Christmas last year and my doctor when I had my check up, actually said I have the constitution of a 45 year old MAN. Nice to hear but it is all my own work with looking after myself and being alone. No pressure from femon's nor the State either. I don't follow trends and I have pretty much turned my back on the so called conventions of life.
