The "Commissioner" even goes so far as to unashamedly answer for the prosecutor. This is the definition of practicing law from the bench! No worries, you can bet her Fellow BAR Association members (Judges) will allow it.

As can be seen at the end, this is all about forcing him to pay back monies on a contract that another person signed with the state where she received the signed for funding.

Yet more evidence.
The Judiciary and their courts cannot be trusted.

The only power they have over us is that oath of office this crap goes on all over the place. Why people need to question. A woman in oregons 4 felony conviction was vacated when she asked a FEDERAL JUDGE i want your oath and your tax statements. He was not a fucking judge.
