yep,, blocking traffic,, refused to get out of her vehicle,, proceeded the WRONG direction in haste, ACCELERATING toward a federal agent with several other federal agents around,, endangering the officers and the public.. If she was not already a criminal she became one in the moments leading up to her death.. breaking many laws.. exhibiting willful endangerment of the general public.. small wonder he shot her 3 times..
