I'm still waiting for this dudes men's retreat to open. 200k plus from that shaving club campaign, men's retreat promised, nothing has crystalized yet. I highly doubt that there will be any "retreat" open to all men, as men's retreat implies. The guy might invite some of his most loyal donators for a weekend, but that's about it. Anyone who believes that this fellow is going to open up what is essentially his new retirement home to all "men" in the form of a retreat is kidding themselves. The title of this video is misleading. I've taken the red pill when i was 27...fast forward towards today, i'm 55 and still Red Pilled to the hilt. So you youngsters out there, follow your passion (my passion is playing guitar and bass, Coding, 3D animation and sketch art along with painting followed by building PC's. Pussy has not been on the list since then. Today i work in the IT profession and i'm content as hell. How i look at it, I'm one less Rat in the rat race of dating looking down on the carnage of shattered dreams. I've got my Vodka and Pizza as snacks watching everything unfold in 4K.
The red pill is only about one thing: the truth. Go back to the origin of the term, an early scene in The Matrix where Morpheus is telling Neo about a system of deceptions meant to control people's minds. Morpheus even says that all he's offering is the truth.
That's the "red pill".
That it has been co-opted by PUAs or MGTOW or simps or whomever means nothing. They may have taken the red pill, if they're getting married they haven't because the truth is that marriage has no benefits for men. Peddling lifestyle advice, telling men how to be men, this is not the red pill.
