EU's aid package for Africa way less than its military supplies to Ukraine

As an extensive crisis unfolds in Africa right now, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Somalia have received only 3% of a pledged $6 billion, the UN says. The EU pledged an additional humanitarian package, though it's estimated to be much less than Europe is providing for Ukraine.
