Distributed small and modest scale power storage and generation, is a GOOD thing.
BUT the whole CO2 free idea is basically all bullshit.
However a good mix of DIY and hydro and other forms of storage -I don't know about the economics of compressed air - with hot water storage tanks - that can be very good... Tidal and wave power...
