Are these burpees with a pushup at the bottom? If so, 50 in one set is impressive.

I used burpees to get fit in my younger days. But the impact from jumping repetitively now I think would be too much.

Yep. Pushup and the two knee-bends while in that position. Thank you so much for that feedback because after 50, i feel like im dying. One thing i do not care about whatsoever is TIME. Time seems to be a 'Meta-game' that most 30-day challengers are playing but I dont give a rats ass about it. I can get through 100 in 10 to 14 minutes. Its just a mental game of telling my body " lets do just one more" till i hit 50.

Guys on the internet are doing 100 in one set. I am not fucking ready for that shit. Thats going to kill me right now as Ive only just begun.

@Eggy Noggy: I used to do burpees everyday and go for a swim afterwards. Think I did 50 in total, aiming for one set. My upper body was well developed but not my legs. Keep it up tho. I will keep listening

@red maple: Holy shit! 50 burpees then go for a swim? Thats manly as FUCK! What i find interesting is that my legs hurt the worst. Today is day 7 and i forgot to mention this in the video but I woke up with sore legs. lol.

@Eggy Noggy: Yea I worked my way up to 50 then swim over time. After a while your legs will get accustomed to it.
