Can you give me any advice on what you're diet is? I'm not bragging, but I've lost 200lbs in the last few years, I've totally cut out fast food (except for RARE occasions) soda, and junk food, but my eating habits still need improvement! I've also been working out (albeit lightly) for about the last year and a half and need to get more into it, basically just sit-ups, push-ups, and a rowing machine, I also do curls with 2 5lb weights that I hold both in one hand and now have a 10lb weight! I need to get some heavier weights!...lol

Much better. I forgot to mention that in this vid. The problem is that I was putting too much stress on just my dominant arm with the pushups. Getting better at evening both arms out.

@red maple: No, its not actually. You have to space it out over the entire day. Technically, you can do 20 burpees every hour over any 10 hours of the day and you'll hit 200.
