Great video post Shane.

I really enjoyed how the chef went into the history of the Greek Olympians.

The chef was surprisingly knowledgeable, and seem to really enjoy, making history interesting in context of food.

Thanks again for your Post:)

Yeah did I ever tell you how I overdosed on "Mythical Man - Penis Enlargement Pills" - 60 pills to a pack and 48 packs in the whole box? --- Better to stick to the Olympian foods - they seem far more realistic and nutritional.

Have you seen this? "Why German Pumpernickel is a bread like no other" -- I have built a rolling mill - to make sort of rolled rye, but if the rollers are set, to a particular distance, you get something like kibbled rye, which is kind of granular and chunky, and rolled rye - like rolled oats.... Just off the top of my head - if the rollers were set to say 0.8mm - 1.2mm gap, then you get a mixture of grain hull and flour, that soaks up the moisture and gives a fibery chewy bread that binds and bakes - in a glued together kind of way. ending up with a good, whole rye loaf - just like in the video. Depending upon your preferences, if you really like it, it's really good bread.
