Downtown Portland Homeless Camps, Part 2

Due to popular demand and several commenters claiming I was only filming a 2 block radius from different angles to make it appear as though the sprawl is worse than it actually is, I'm now releasing several videos of the homeless camps, along with the boarded up and vacant buildings around Portland from various different areas of the city. Can't wait to see the excuse makers come up with new excuses to try to minimize and justify the problem.
