Unfortunately, Tyne Daly's character also shows (as Eastwood tried to portray in this segment of the Dirty Harry franchise) that many waah?men were brainwashed even worse than the guys. They bought into the man hating Marxist bullshyt more easily than the men; much like Eve buying into satan's bullshyt more easily than Adam in the Garden.
@Mustang: Not so ironic she gets killed in the end. Eastwood liked to keep things real. There wasn't going to be a waah?man hero in his movie. If I was writing the script, the useless mayor, who was the cause of this bullshyt in the first place, would've bought the farm as well. To his credit, Harry couldn't bring himself to shake this clowns hand. This guy was just as bad as Beetlejuice in Chicago today.
