How do you even move your assets to Thailand? Thailand doesn't permit immigration. You are allowed to make a visa & you have to apply to extend them all the time. Thailand also does not allow foreigners to hold properties. This guy either has a Thai friend or marrying a Thai girl. But I think that means he has to divorce his wife first.
