Looks like the A27 to me?
Looked like a truck Mud flap? The red car guy probably didn't even know he didn't brake? If it had been a motorcycle it would have been a more tragic story? I have a Dash Cam on my Motorcycle and haven't ever really caught anything interesting yet? I bought some Thumbnail camera's at the beginning of Covid to protect myself on film when out and about in shops etc, but again have only caught one incident which wasn't actually worth saving? as a Motorcyclist currently and sometimes a driver I do have a very quick reaction to problems on the road and in life generally, but these camera's are great invention's that benefit and help us. As well as all the funny video's online that is!
