Hmmmm I am not REAL sure of the dialect - as India has more than 280 "official" languages... but from what I can gather, their spoken words, and they way they dress..... Smithton Tasmania - grew up there... It's so cold and it gets the WIND from the Great Southern Ocean, that in summer, when the sun is shining, the only place to get warm is to stand in the sunshine in a very sheltered spot from the wind.... like total wind blocks from 3 sides.... SO for them to be coming from India, they are wearing super cold wet weather - I work in a deep freeze style of mountain climbing clothes.... The Balaclava was most telling - If he was a local - he would not be wearing most of that stuff....
