Servers and cooks should get paid more than the management because they are the ones adding valuable labor to the economy and paying customers. The business can function just fine without the useless bloat management. But if they have no servers and cooks then there's no business at all. Don't forget the farmers and truckers who also make this business possible.
A CEO makes asshole decisions such as putting surveillance cameras all around the building like a prison cafeteria. Which results in me never wanting to support the company because I don't want to be treated like a suspected criminal for no reason. Or coming up the idea of Cracker Barrel "Rewards Program." Let the company sell your data for millions while "Rewards Program" customers get a 1% discount on price. Rewards Program lol. They see us a dogs begging for reward biscuits.
