Hammer you should be on the food or cooking channel. Is there nothing you can't do. A monk, mechanic, truck driver, model and now a chef next your gonna be an action movie star haha.

Great cooking video I would probably use lean beef between 5 - 25% depending on price and different spices and no bun or real buns not full of chemicals and junk.

1:30 in - switch to -- FRESH -- herbs and Garlic.....
The dried stuff is fine - because it's in an eternal state of preservation....
But if you want a treat - get the fresh ingredients.

I am an avid food pornographer..... Eating frozen vegetables for 2 weeks.... Mmmmmmm fresh fruit and meat and cheese etc..

hammer, those are horrible pans to use; they are made of teflon...which is known to cause cancer; use stainless steel pans or cast iron pans but...nice burgers; like mine with some spinach and cut tomatoes in it, along with some mayonnaise. I'll eat this once a week; don't want my tummy shooting out
