At the same time, however, there have been concerns about a lack of progress in reintegrating former militants into society. hahaha....I wonder what clown came up with the "brilliant" idea of integrating terrorists into the society? hahaa this is too funny...those terrorists...will not only be stronger next time; they'll have more intel, and be able to recruit more ppl. i guess the brain drained in Nigeria has gone past the point of no return.
