Climate activists from Extinction Rebellion dyed the waters of the Grand Canal in Venice green, three days before the conclusion of the 28th UN Climate Change Conference, ‘to denounce... the failure of world leadership to address the climate crisis.’ The protesters claimed the green dye they used is ‘a non-polluting substance.’
