The temperature in Yakutsk, a city in east Siberia, fell below 47°C over the weekend. Amazingly, when it’s so cold that soap bubbles freeze in seconds, residents say life goes on as normal – even when it’s -60°C.

Freezing soap bubbles.... WOW - I wonder what a whole heap of fine frozen foam would be like..... From shaving foam to fire fighting foam etc..... Structurally speaking...
