Hilda has just finished a mammoth 100-hour cooking marathon, believed to be a new world record. Cooking non stop from Thursday straight through to Monday, the chef rustled up some 100 meals using 55 different recipes, showcasing the best of Nigerian cuisine. Throughout the colossal cook off, she was encouraged by her fans, some of whom traveled hundreds of kilometers to support her.
