i had something happen within the last year, but my thing sounded nothing like what you had, my veins around my balls are fine, but there was one occasion when i ejaculated and it felt like my left nut wouldn't stop hurting, so i had to go to the emergency room to get it checked out as it got worse, the doctors said it was just a hernia which i have had before, but this time it felt much different from the times i had it in the past.
they also did the ultrasound thing, however i did notice some kind of growth on the skin of my sack but close to my leg mostly, not my balls just near the sack, it feels like a permanent spider bite, which means it's some sort of growth, it's not hurting or anything, it just exists.
i feel like it was caused by the ultrasound.
