The main roads especially during peak hours - well there are cars coming and going from all directions, , pulling out of parking spaces, doors opening, bumper to bumper traffic, and these are terribly unforgiving roads for people to ride bicycles...... I am not saying I condone the car theft - coppers or not..... BUT the car appears to have live video streaming.... anti - theft stuff.... perhaps... Aside from all that.... they were not SMART enough to quietly slip down the back streets and zig zag through the suburbs.... No... they took all the main roads, with the traffic lights and THEY were speeding and stood out likes dogs balls...... The smart people don't go stealing shit in the first place.......
