California wants to tax people for the crime of leaving

i have listened to this guy off and on, and he never really gives up from what i have seen, i mean he's the one youtuber who started the right to repair thing and was able to get a lot of backing from other youtuber individuals and apparently was given an audience with congress, but he's not really sure it did anything, he's an advocate for fixing apple products as it's what he does for a living, and apple are a shit company when it comes to fixing their shit, they just want people to keep purchasing new shit when their older shit breaks down, when it should be a business, they actively tried to shut down businesses like his, but it's not like they would have any counter offer on the table, so they still fight for that stuff, but he talks about a lot of other things, he's based in New York City and he has to deal with his shitty govoner and talks about it often, he's kind of a stupid lefty libtard, but sometimes he has some good points on things going on and actually tries to help people. although he said some really dumb shit during the covid shit, so this is why i kind of view some of what has to say as moronic because he will just trust what the media sometimes, most people when it comes to the main stream media know what's going on, but they are conspiracy theorists, even when proven correct.

i saw more than a few people in his comment section say it's against the constitution, but idk, i don't trust states like commifornia. there is a reason why it earns the nickname.
