Building collapses in Cairo, killing at least four

A four-storey building has collapsed suddenly in the Hadayek al-Qubba area of Cairo, Egypt. At least four people were killed and another six injured as a result of the incident. Preliminary reports from the city’s Civil Protection Authority say that the building should have been vacated earlier. An investigation has been launched into why the decision was not implemented. This is the second collapse in the neighborhood. A similar one happened in July when another four-storey building collapsed, killing 13 people.
