you are actually welcome there, Amr misspoke, its just a question on whether you want to lose your money, your life, or both. Amr is saying it is ok to visit of course but if you think it is viable to permanently relocate there, you are seriously mistaken. Amr explains it best in the video honestly

I lived tried living there so that is personal experience. Another youtuber a black guy he was visiting Egypt and got approached by undercover state thugs. Guess what saved him? The USA passport.
