⁣A conversation and psychological assessment of how to heal from trauma and to continue healing with solutions and examples.

************Note*************

:*Neither of us (Amanley/Billy) are actually psychologists/therapists. Our aim is to help provide tools/insight for individuals to use to 'mend' their own wounds.
*This video is just a single conversation about a part of journey to recovery/healing. It can be very complicated and many issues may not either apply to an individual or not have been mentioned.
*About being the one to heal the self - that doesn't mean therapists aren't of use. The trick is to 'interview' your therapists, remember they work for you. Ask them if they know about PTSD, trauma bonds etc. Don't be weak minded about it and just agree with everything they say but at the same time don't seek therapists that just agree with everything you say either. Focus on the goal which is to recovery/heal. Have invested interest.
The point is no one understands your pain better than you. Be a friend to yourself. Do not have expectations that other people 'heal' you. That leads to co-dependency. This is your own responsibility, and forms part of self ownership. It might sound disappointing, but it's actually a good thing
