Yeah I was thinking "What is that violin^^ type tune that is played super fast... I must get it and slow it down and figure it out...
There is another tune B Hill used... just can't think of it right now. I did ask 4 or 5 of the Benny Hill fan club forums - and not one person in any of them was able to tell me anything.

@mrghoster: I have made a short video containing the "proper music", that sounded "about right" when slowed to 40%, and then kept the short bit of the speeded up music. I think I have cracked this.... I think it was from a 33 1/3 RPM vinyl record, played on a 78 RPM record player as (I am tired and a bit vague) 78 / 33.33 = 2.342 which off the top of my head is about 40% (ratios and speeds) so when you slow the audio down to 40% of the original speed, it will SOUND as if it's coming off a 33 and 1/3 LP (Long Play) record.
