How can someone trying to promote marriage be so unaware that they present working an extra 400 hours per year as a plus?
If you take out 104 weekend days, around 10 public holidays (depending on the country, but it is close to that around Western countries), and 20 days for vacations, you end up with 231 work days per year.
That means the married man is working an extra 1h45min per day.
