Badass Babushka Plunges into Icy Water to Rescue Husky

The 65-year-old was out walking with friends when she heard the dog’s distressed calls, bravely taking the icy plunge to rescue the stranded husky.

Galina Voskovykh must have had ice in her veins to remain calm in the chilling context, breaking the surface with her body so that the trapped pooch could safely swim to shore, telling the Russian press ‘I think anyone would do the same.’

The brave woman sustained bruises and injuries as the rescued pooch safely returned back home.
