According to an annual foreign policy poll by the Lowy Institute, seven out of 10 Australians believe their government's alliance with Washington is against their own country's interests and only increases the chances of war in Asia.

Well yeah they got reason to be concerned. The U.S. allies are going to bail on us at the worst possible moment when "our government" (SMH) goes too far. The U.K. probably won't be smart enough to tell us to fuck off, but the rest of the world will.
