@sbseed: In making the video to only have a few starter images, having 25 frames a second of the same image, in a video that runs for 4 1/2 hours, adds a LOT of data and it blows out the file size, from 360 Meg to 2.2 Gig.... Essentially this is an MP3 in an MP4 container.

@sbseed: And after all it's an audio book - meaning one listens to the content, while resting or contemplating the content, or laying in bed, or when fishing or driving etc..
