Interesting....
In the vehicle anology, sleep is basic maintenance like brakes, tires, oil, filters, etc.
It might stand to reason that we exist within a "Simulacra", and when sleeping, our neural networks undergo a "Scan-Disk" and then a "Defrag" procedure...so much like a computer...Was it Man who created Computer, or did Computer create Man?..
