Africa greets Lavrov while 'Moscow influence' concerns grow in the West

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's Africa tour is in full swing, with latest talks taking place in Congo. With the global food crisis front and center, the Russian diplomat once again stressed that Moscow is not seeking to prevent grain exports from leaving Ukraine’s ports.
