Climate activists gathered in the village of Keyenberg in Germany and marched to neighboring Lutzerath, where a controversial coal mine is located.
Energy firm RWE is planning to tear down the remains of the village to develop the Garzweiler mine and extract 280 million tons of lignite by 2030.

If you hate the coal mine expansion, just wait until all you people that want electric cars see all the lithium and cobalt mines that have to open up to build those. Oh yeah, and you'll need the coal mines to make the extra demand for electricity to charge them.
