The Superhero Mindset Shift is this:
Don't be so hard on yourself.
Yes, you must train hard, but one thing I have to constantly remind our students...and myself...is to not "judge" yourself so harshly.
Judging others--and yourself--is directly correlated to health problems, dysregulating your nervous system, and limiting your strength, skill, and sustainability.
Now listen, if you don't want to be strong, skilled, or sustainable, then be negative toward yourself and negative toward others.
People will say, "Oh I do better when I'm angry..." or "let the anger fuel you..."
You might get a quick burst, but in reality, your body and brain don't work like that.
Anger, frustration, and grinding actually make you weaker.
But if you do want Total Body Mastery...
Shift your beliefs about yourself and enjoy your training precisely at the Level you are currently at.
In order to progress to higher Levels, you then simply layer on top of the Superhero Mindset good quality training and instruction and you will be absolutely amazed by what you accomplish.
