All right guys. Start your own business. The easiest businesses I know to start or in the trades. Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, roofing, general contractor, electrician, Auto mechanics. Big truck diesel mechanic. I’m sure there are lots more businesses to get into.

Many jobs, especially tech jobs, can be done on a contract basis. You don't count as an employee statistic if you do this. You're also lower-risk to hire since contracts have an expiration date, and you get to renegotiate your pay every renewal.
