Men go monk. When you have the urge wank it and two minutes later you'll be glad that you don't have to engage in pillow talk. Men have been doing this since the beginning of time. You can too and you'll free yourself from your biology. What to do afterwards? Work on improving yourself, explore your hobbies which make you feel glad to be alive and "Stack that green". The result is that you won't be a pond for the government, women, or any other nefarious entities which want to enslave you.

if your GF goes to the other guys house after talking to you about and knows you're not okay with it, this is way more than a shit test and should be stomped out ruthlessly. Shit tests dont involve other men. Men need to learn the difference between a 'shit test ' and a bitch who should be in the streets.
