She's below average in appearance. Maybe a 4/10 on a good day. This is her main problem. She needs to find someone at her SMV level. We don't care about women's careers or salaries. In fact, most working women are just pretending that they do genuine work. And most of them work in the public sector... They will have to learn how to fix things on their own, as the cost of skilled manual labour will skyrocket. Essentially, with all their public sector 'careers', men are becoming blue-collar serfs. Meanwhile, the ladies get excessive remuneration, & have introduced non-productivity based outcome measures... This will increase the cost of skilled labour. Smart men will get a trade, and any woman that needs their services will have to pay through the nose.
